payment

• payment can be upfront or after sketch
• i take paypal or cashapp only [USD]
• refunds are only before approved sketch or after 1 month
• progress will not proceed after sketch until payment.

• all art/designs are personal use.
• commercial use is +70% price
• do not use for competition submissions, art comps, or other public selection processes
• do not use for ai, as an nft, or for any bigotted/proship content

• 3 minor revisions and 1 major revision are free after sketch.
• 1 minor revision is free after sketch.
• any minor revisions after that have a $10 fee.
• any major revisions after the free one have a $20 fee.
• i have the right to decline revisions, especially after finished product.

• i retain all rights to the artwork.
• you may post and use the art with credits or visible watermark.
• i have he right to share my artwork on my social medias or portfolio unless discussed prior.
• all custom design rights are yours, however i retain all rights to the original artwork.
• you may not resell the design for higher than it's worth.
• if a design is on toyhou.se, you may not delete the design.

by commissioning me, you agree to these terms. failure to abide will result in a public blacklist.
